The Foundation conducts gender expertise of regulations, audits HR processes, and develops anti-discrimination policies for government bodies, the judiciary, the defence sector, and oil & gas and financial organizations.
The methodology is based on the CEDAW Convention and UN Women, OECD, IFC and World Bank standards, helping organizations identify and address direct and indirect discrimination.
